At Brashears Homes, LLC, we have many showcase homes already built or currently under construction. Our homes already have the upgrades most builders charge extra for. If you choose a home that is under construction, we will be happy to work with you to choose the color and product selections that you like at no additional cost.

We have many plans to choose from in each phase of our developments at Brashears Homes. You can choose the lot, floor plan, elevation, and product options that are right for you at the same price as purchasing a pre-built home. After we help you select the perfect home for you, we will assist you in picking the color and product options that are right for you.
If you have your own plan already selected, bring it to us and we can give you a price up front and work with you to build what you want, where you want.
